Ingredients
Fish Fillets 1/2 kg
Salt 1/2 tsp
Mustard paste 1/2 tsp
White vinegar 1 tbsp
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Black pepper half tsp
white pepper half tsp
Garlic Paste 1 tsp
For Batter:
Flour 1 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Salt 1/2 tp
Oil 2 tbsp
Chilled Water 1 cup
Method
In a bowl put fish, salt, mustard paste,vinegar,soya sauce,both peppers and garlic paste mix well and marinate for 15 minutes.
Take another bowl put flour, baking powder, salt, oil and chilled water mix well to make thick batter.
Dip fish in batter and deep fry in oil till light golden and crisp.
Serve with fries and tartar sauce
