Ingredients
Boiled potatoes 3
Boiled peas 1 cup
Fresh cream ¼ cup
Mayonnaise ¼ cup
Black pepper ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Spring onion 1
Chicken breast (strips) 2
Crushed red pepper 1 tbsp
Flour 2 tbsp
Corn flour 2 tbsp
Egg (beaten) 1
Mitchells garlic paste 1 tsp
Bread slices 3 – 4
Green chilies chopped 3 – 4
Oil for fry
Method
• Boil 3 potatoes and mash very well.
• Now add ¼ cup fresh cream, ¼ cup mayonnaise, ¼ tsp black pepper, salt to taste, 1 cup boiled peas and 1 chopped spring onion.
• Mix well and keep aside.
• In another bowl put together chicken strips, salt to taste, 1 tbsp crushed red pepper, 3 – 4 chopped green chilies and 1 egg.
• Now add 2 tbsp flour and tbsp corn flour, mix very well.
• Remove crust of 3 – 4 bread slices, coarsely chop and add to the chicken mixture.
• Now fry chicken mixture till golden brown.
• Remove and serve with mashed potato mixture.
