Mille Feuille with cream



Ingredients
200g whipping cream
a few drops vanilla essence
4 Tbsp powdered sugar
12 puff pastry squares(thawed)
1 pack of strawberries/raspberries/blueberries(whatever fruit you like)
For the glaze:
1/4 cup powdered sugar+1 1/2 tbs milk/cream mix well.
Some melted chocolate-for garnish
Method
1-Place puff pastry squares on waxed paper and stab/prick thoroughly with a fork to prevent puffing of the top layers.
In an oven set to approximately 200C, bake puff pastry sheet until golden. Remove and set aside to cool.
2-Pour whipping cream, vanilla essence, and sugar into a bowl and whip until stiff peaks form.
3-Put the first layer on a plate, pipe crème and add raspberries(if using) put the next layer on, and repeat.
Pour glaze on top and decorate with melted chocolate.
Serve immediately/keep cool in refrigerator.
