INGREDIENTS
Chicken (16 pcs) – 1 kg
Ginger Garlic Paste – 1 tbsp
Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp
Tandoori Masala 1 tbsp heaped
Salt – 1/2 tsp
Yogurt – ½ cup
Make deep cuts on chicken.
Then marinate chicken pieces with ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, Tandoori masala, salt and yogurt, mix and leave for 1 hour.
INGREDIENT FOR BATTER
Gram Flour – 1 cup
Salt – 1 tsp
Red chili powder – 1 tsp
Amchoor Powder – 1 tsp
Carom seeds – ½ tsp
Baking Powder ½ tsp
Tandoori Masala – 1 tbsp
Chaat Masala – for garnishing
METHOD
Take a bowl, add gram flour, salt, red chili powder, amchoor powder, carom seeds, baking powder and tandoori masala, mix and make batter with water.
Add marinated chicken to batter, deep fry until crisp and golden brown.
Put on a platter. Sprinkle chaat masala.
Serve with mint chatni.
