Ingredients
1/2 kg mincemeat
1/2 cup thick yogurt
1 grated onion-squeezed
1 tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp coriander powder
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbs dry roasted cumin seed
2 tbs oil/ghee
1 medium onion-sliced
1 medium tomato sliced
1 medium capsicum sliced
some green chilies & green coriander for garnish
Method
In a mini chopper add mincemeat, salt, red chili powder, coriander powder, ginger garlic paste process until combined.
Now take it out and put in bowl then add in hung curd & grated onions mix well, now take small amount of meat and give it Seekh kebab shape do the same with rest of the mixture.
Now heat oil in tawa/griddle and lightly fry the kebabs and set them sides of the tawa/griddle to cook slowly, now in the same oil add sliced vegetables and sauté, cover and cook for few minutes/until tender(both kebabs & vegetables)
Once cooked arrange them on serving platter sprinkle cumin seeds on top and garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
