Ingredients
2 kg fish
1 onion (sliced thin)
3 tablespoon olive oil
3 teaspoon butter (softened)
3 teaspoon lemon pepper (or your favorite fish seasoning)
3 teaspoon tandoori masala
1 teaspoon haldi
2 teaspoon red chili flakes
3 teaspoon vinegar
3 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
Salt to taste
4 lemon slices (optional)
Method
Wash the fish with haldi, vinegar & salt . Then make a cut in fish both side . Mix fish seasoning & masala in lemon juice and make a paste. Spread that paste inside & outside of the fish . Marinate it atleast 2 hours .
Place sliced onion rings on aluminum foil, place fish on top, drizzle with oil and butter and sprinkle on seasoniing, top with lemon slices (if using).
Wrap tightly, bake or grill at 350 degress for about 20. minute or until fish flakes.
