Chicken Naan


For dough
Plain flour (maida) = 500 gms
Instant yeast = 1 tb
Salt = 1 tsp
Oil = 4tb
Warm liquid milk = As required for kneading
Egg = 1 for brushing
Seasame seed = 2 tb for topping
For filling
Chicken = 2 cups boiled & shredded (you can use mince too)
Onion = 1 big (chopped)
Ginger garlic paste = 1 tsp
Tomatos = 2 small (chopped)
Red chilli = 1 tsp
Zeera = 1 tb ( leveled)
Coriander seed = 1 tsp
Garam masala powder = 1 tsp
Coriander leaves = 4tb
Oil = 1/4 cup
Salt = to taste
Mint leaves = 4tb
Green chillies = 2 to3 chopped (optional )
First take all ingredients for dough in a bowl & knead a very soft dough by using warm liquid milk.Cover & leave it to rise for 1 hour atleast.
On other hand fry onion in oil till golden brown.Add ginger garlic paste & sauthy it.Add tomatoes & green chillies & cook on slow flame till soft .Now add all seasonings with chicken & cook till water dries .When it become little cool add coriander & mint leaves .Your filling is ready.
Now make equal size balls from the dough.Roll it little with rolling pin put filling in middle, pull up the corners & again make a ball.Do the same with each ball .Now roll each ball & place on a greased baking tray , prick with the fork,do egg wash ,sprinkle seasame seed & bake at 180’C for 12 to 15 mintues or till desire colour.Enjoyyyy
