Ingredients
1/2 kg chicken breast
Cumin seeds
Dry coorriender
Salt
Red chili flakes
Black pepper
Haldi
Above ingredients to taste
1 egg
1/2 cup milk
All purpose flour
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying
Method
Cut the chicken breast into small pieces
Add all masalas in grinder and grind it together
Put the grinded masalas on the chicken pieces
Keep marinated for atleast an hour, if kept in the fridge for the whole night better result
Mix the milk in the egg and whisk it add pepper and salt
Dip the chicken pieces in this mixture and then roll it in the all purpose flour then dip in the milk and egg mixture for second time
Then roll in bread crumbs and roll together in a circle shape and put on tray
