Raan Roast



Ingredients
Mutton leg 1
Egg 1
Raw papaya paste 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
All spice powder 1 tsp
Cumin powder 1 tsp
White pepper 1 tsp
Black pepper crushed 1 tbsp
Gram flour 2 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste 2 tbsp
Red chili powder 3 tbsp
Vinegar 6 tbsp
Oil 3-4 tbsp
Green coriander for garnish (optional)
Food color 1 pinch
Salt to taste
Instructions
Make deep slits on the mutton leg with a sharp knife.
Now marinate it with vinegar and salt, leave it for 10 to 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl mix oil, gram flour, white pepper, egg, black pepper, all spice powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, papaya paste, food color and ginger garlic paste.
Now coat meat with this batter and leave it for 2 to 3 hours.
Now put it in steamer and steam it for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then put it in pre-heat oven on 200c for 25 to 30 minutes.
In between baking baste it with butter or oil.
When its changes its color dish it out and garnish it green coriander
