INGREDIENTS
50 gm rava
3 fillets of Basa fish(or of your choice)
2 tsp ginger garlic paste
50 ml refined oil
1 tsp red chili powder
2 lemons quartered
Pinch of salt
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
Handful coriander leaves
Method
Take ginger garlic paste in a bowl and add chilli powder, turmeric and salt.
Drizzle 2 spoons of refined oil and mix it well.
Flavour the fish fillets with the paste and then coat the pieces with rava.
Add fair amount of refined oil in a preheat pan and shallow fry the fillets.
Lay some chopped coriander in a platter.
Serve the fillets into the platter with lemon pieces
