Tangy Beef Chowmen



Ingredients
1-Noodles 1 packet
2-Oil 3 tbsp
3-Beef undercut ½ kg
4-Soya sauce 2 tbsp
5-White vinegar 2 tbsp
6-Salt to taste
7-Garlic/lehsan clove 4 (chopped)
8-Carrots/gajar 2 (chopped)
9-Capsicum/shimla mirch 2 (chopped)
10-White/Brown sugar 1,tbsp
11-Black pepper 1 tsp (crushed)
12-Pineapple 1 tin (cubes)
13-Sesame seed oil 1 tsp (optional)
14-Crushed red pepper/kutti laal mirch 1 tsp
Method
1-Boil noodles along with oil.
2-When the noodles are boiled drain the water and wash them with cold water.
3-Grease them and keep them.
4-Now marinate undercut with 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar and salt and keep it for 10 minutes.
5-Heat oil and add in garlic cloves.Fry it till golden brown.
6-Add in the meat and stir fry it.
7-Add in carrots, capsicum, sugar, 1 tbsp soya sauce, 1 tbsp white vinegar,crushed red pepper and black pepper.
8-Cook it and add in the noodles.
9-Add in pine apple cubes.
10-Lastly Add in sesame seed oil.
11-Dish it out and serve.
