Ingredients
Boneless chicken 10
Bread crumbs 1 packet
2 egg whites
Green peppers (chopped) 4
6 slices bread
Black pepper (chopped) 1 tsp
Red Chili Powder 1 tablespoon
1 tablespoon cornmeal
2 tablespoons rice flour
Oil as needed
Salt to taste
Method
Boil boneless chicken with garlic, black pepper and boil. Shred the chicken properly. Cut the edges of the bread slices, cutting soak in water and then drink the water from the pan. Now mix, 1 package bread crumbs, slices of bread, 1 tablespoon red chili powder, 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper, chopped 4 green chillies, 1 tablespoon cornstarch, 2 tablespoons rice flour, a little salt and 2 egg whites.
