Dahi barry



Ingredients
Daal mash = 1 cup
Daal moong = 1 cup
Ginger garlic paste = 1 tsp
Red chilli = 1 tsp
Salt = 1 1/2 tsp
White cumin (Zeera) = 1 tsp
Baking powder = 1/2 tsp
Method
Wash & soak both daals together for 3,4 hours then blend with very little water.Make sure it should be fine paste.Now add all seasonings leave it for 15 mintues again.Fry & make packets when you need soak them in warm water & mix with yoghurt.
