Mutton Chop Tikka



Ingredients
1-Mutton chops (champ )½ kg
2-Ginger paste 2 tbsp
3-Oil 2 – 4 tbsp
4-Raw papaya 1 tbsp
5-Black pepper powder 1 tbsp
6-All spice 1 tbsp
7-Red chili 1 tbsp
8-Salt to taste
9-Onion 1
10-Coal 1
11-Tikka masala (Readymade) 1 tbsp
Method
1-Marinate chops with oil, ginger paste and raw papaya and leave for 6-7 hours.
2-Then add black pepper powder, all spice, tikka masala, red chili and salt. Mix well.
3-Then cook in nonstick pan on medium flame and stir well.
4-Cover it now and cook for 20 to 25 minutes approximately.
5-Finally take a pieces of onion and put coal over it. Add little oil and cover the pan.
6-After few minutes take out coal.
7-Serve mutton chops with saute/ grilled vegetables.
