Orange Cupcakes



Ingredients
125g caster sugar
115g softened butter
225g self-rising flour
125cc milk
2 eggs
1 pinch of salt
1 tablespoon grated orange peel
Method
Preheat oven to 180 ° C (moderate oven). Grease a baking muffins or place pirotines paper in the hollows of the mold.
Beat butter and sugar until smooth and fluffy cream. Add the eggs and beat until blended. Add milk and orange rallarudar, and stir. Slowly add the flour while mixing, and add a pinch of salt. Pour the mixture into the paper pirotines.
Bake 15-20 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
Let cool in pan for five minutes, then unmold and cool completely on a wire rack. Decorate as you like.
