Ingredients
1-Flour 2 cup
2-Sugar 1 cup
3-Oil/ghee 1 cup
4-Baking powder 1/4 tsp
5-Egg yolk 1
6-Semolina 2 tbsp
7-Almonds and pistachio as needed.
Method
1. Melt ghee put sugar in it.
2. Add sieved flour,semolina and baking powder.
3. Mix all well until become smooth dough.
4. Make balls and give naan khatai shape.
5. Place on baking tray and brush with egg yolk on surface,sprinkle nuts.
6. Bake for 200C for 12-15 minutes
