SMOKY KABABI BIRYANI



Ingredients
For Kababs
1-Beef mince 1/2 kg
2-Capsicum 1 chopped
3-Onion 1 sliced
4-Green chillies 4
5-Red chillie whole 4
6-Fresh coriander 1 tbsp
7-Salt 1 tsp
8-Chillie powder 1/2 tsp
9-All spice powder 1 tsp
10-Ginger garlic 1 tsp
11-Seekh kabab Masala 1 tsp
12-Bread slice 2 soaked in water
Method
Put all these in a processor until smooth and grind well.
Remove and make kababs of it.Grill for 10 minutes
Give the smoke of coal and keep it aside.
For Rice
Ingredients
1-Basmati/seela Rice 1/2 kg or 3 Pao (boil the rice with 2 tbsp salt and 2 tbsp
of garam masala )
2-Brown onion 3/4 cup
3-Tomato sliced 2
4-Green chillie 4
5-Yogurt 1 cup
6-Curry leaves few
7-Biryani Masala 1/2 packet OR use Home Spice (Chillie powder 1 tbsp,haldi 1/2 tsp,zeera powder,1 tbsp,dhanya 2 tsp,black pepper 1 tsp,aalu bhukara 4-5)
8-Salt 1-1/2 tsp
9-Zarda colour dissolve in kewra water 1 tsp
10-Mint leaves few,lemon rings few
Method
1-Heat oil add brown onion and fry till golden brown.
2-Add yogurt,all the biryani spice,tomato and fry till the oil comes up and tomatoes tender.
3-Add kababs and fry a little then add curry leaves,mint leaves,green chillies and lemon.
4-Put boiled Rice on the top and sprinkle the kewra water with yellow colour on it.
5-Give the smoke of Coal and put it on dum.
