Ingredients
1. 1/2 kg boneless fish
2.1 cup yoghurt
3.1/2 tsp of red chilli powder
4. 1/2 tsp - garam masala
5. 1/4 tsp cumin powder
6. 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
7. Juice of 1 lemon
8. 2 garlic cloves( mashed)
9. Salt to taste
10.1/2 tsp chaat masala
11- 1 tsp ready made tandori masala.
12-Oil for brushing
Method
1. Wash and clean the fish, cut into cubes, apply salt, red chillie powder,tandori masala,black pepper powder and lemon juice and keep aside for 10 mins.
2. Add yoghurt & mix well.
3.Let it marinate for 6-8 hrs (the more the better)
4. On a thin skewer gently put the fish tikkas and brush it with oil and cook in a hot oven to180 degree for 15 minutes turning once.
5. Garnish with lemon, chaat masala.
6.Serve with cold mint-yoghurt chutney/sauce.
