Keema Khameeri Roti



Ingredients
Coriander leaves 1/2Bunch
Mint leaves 1/2Bunch
Garlic(chopped) 4Clove
Onion(chopped) 1
Mince meat 250Grams
Milk 1/2Cup
All purpose flour 1Cup
Sugar 1Tablespoons
Salt 0To Taste
Butter milk 1/4Cup
Garam masala 1Teaspoons
Chilly powder 1Teaspoons
Tomatoes 2
Egg 1
Oil 1-2Teaspoons
Directions
Take a bowl, add butter milk, salt, sugar, all purpose flour and mix this well and rest it for over night.
Take a bowl add fermented batter, add milk, all purpose flour, salt, mix it and knead it for 4 minutes and rest it for 5 minutes and add butter, again knead it for 5 minutes and cover it and let it rest for 2 hours.
Take a bowl add mince meat, chopped onion, chopped garlic, chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, garam masla powder, chilly powder, chopped tomatoes, egg, mix it well
Take the dough and divide them into equal portions
Take one portion and spread with fingers on the plate and add the mince meat mixture,
Add some oil on the top, place the roti on the griddle cook for 2 minutes in a slow flame, then transfer it on the baking tray, bake them at 250 c for 7 to 8 minutes.
Now keema khameeri roti is ready to serve
