Ingredients
3 large potatoes-boiled-mashed(you can use whatever vegetables you like-carrots, peas, corn, even boiled shredded chicken, tuna, cooked minced meat along with mashed potato)
2 tbs sesame seeds-optional-less/more
4 large green chilies-finely chopped
1/2 cup finely chopped green coriander
1/2 cup mint finely chopped
1 tbs dry mango powder/1tbs lemon juice
1/2 tbs dry roasted cumin seeds-powder/crushed
1 tsp red chili flakes-lees/more
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
2 beaten eggs
Samosa wraps cut into thin strips to cover the potato balls
Method
Combine the mashed potatoes, salt, chili flakes, green stuff(mint, coriander, green chilies) sesame seed, dry mango powder/lemon juice, cumin powder/crushed give it good mix, make balls+cylindrical shape out of it, dip in eggs, then roll in samosa wraps to cover all potato balls well(as shown in the pics) heat oil on medium heat, fry until nice golden color, once done put them on pepper towel to absorb excess oil.
Serve hot with your favorite dip.
