Vegetable Chow Mein



Ingredients
Salt to taste
Vinegar 1/4 cup
Ginger Garlic Paste 2 tbsp
Carrot 2
Sugar 1 tbsp
Onion sliced 1
Coriander (Hara dhania) 1/4 bunch
Crushed Red Chilli 2 tbsp
Lemon peel 2 tbsp
Crushed Black Pepper 1 tbsp
Capsicum (Shimla Mirch) 2
Soya Sauce 2 tbsp
Cooking Oil as required
Mushrooms 1 cup
Noodles boiled 1 pack
Cooking Instructions
Heat oil in a pan and sauté ginger garlic paste and onion.
Add all the finely chopped vegetables and stir fry.
Then add the boiled noodles.
Add vinegar, soya sauce, lemon juice, black pepper, red chili, sugar, salt and cook on high flame for 5 minutes.
Vegetable chow mein is ready.
