Ingredients
Fish 1/2 kg
Lemon 4
Turmeric 1 tsp
Roasted and ground cumin 1 tsp
Crushed red chilies 1 tbsp
Tikka masala 2 tbsp
White vinegar 2 tbsp
Oil as required
Salt as required
Cooking Instructions
Cut the fish into cubes and add 2 tbsp white vinegar.
Leave aside for 5 minutes and wash.
Place the fish in a colander to drain the water.
For the marinade
Mix together 1tsp turmeric, salt as required, the juice of 4 lemons, 2 tbsp tikka masala,1 tsp roasted and ground cumin and 1 tbsp crushed red chilies.
Coat the fish with the marinade and leave aside for 10 minutes
Heat a grill pan and grease it slightly.
Grill the fish , turning when one side has slightly browned.
The delicious achari fish tikka are ready to serve.
