Ingredients
4 pounds/2kg minced beef ( u can use lamb or chicken mince)
2 medium size onion thinly sliced
2 tablespoons grated garlic
2 tablespoons thinly chopped ginger
4 to 5 green chilies
2 medium THINLY sliced tomatoes
½ cup chopped cilantro(hara dhanya)
half cup mint leaves
3 tablespoons chilli flakes
Half tsp plack pepper
lemon juice 2 tbsp
2 tablespoons roasted and crushed coriander seeds
garam masala 1 tsp
3 teaspoons gram flour (besan)lightly roasted
salt to taste for normal u can add 2 tsp for this amount
dry pomegranate roughly crushed 2 tbsp (optional)
Oil for shallow frying
METHOD
Take a big bowl and mix all ingredients together well and make medium size kabab.. and shellow fry them.. It tastes soo good my all time fav recipe my mom taught me this smile emoticon enjoy
