Gur waly chawal/jaggrey rice



Ingredients
2 cup basmati rice-washed & soaked
2 cups grated gur/jaggrey
1/3 cup oil/ghee
3-4 green cardamom
3-4 cloves
1 tsp aniseed/saunf
some almonds, raisins, coconut
Method
Boil the socked rice along with pinch of salt till 80/85% done, drain and keep a side.
2- In another pan add 1/4 cup water and grated gur/jaggrey and cook until melt once melts strain through sieve/strainer then keep a side.
3-In another pan heat oil/ghee sauté the aniseed+cardamom+cloves add in grated gur/jaggrey cook until gur melts add in boiled rice mix it well, let the water dries up once water dries up add almonds, raisin and coconut on top, cover and simmer on very low heat for about 8-10 minutes, then mix well put in serving dish garnish with some coconut and serve ho
