Khobani Ki Kheer



Ingredients
Dry apricot 250 gm
Milk 2 litre
Sugar 1 cup
Boiled rice 1 ½ cup
Saffron essence ½ tsp
Condensed milk 1 cup
Mix sweets 250 gm
Silver foil 2
Pistachio chopped 100 gm
Cooking Instructions
Wash 250 gm dry apricot and soak in 2 cup of water overnight.
Now put it in a pan and cook on medium flame till tender.
Remove seeds and keep aside.
In another pan put 2 liters milk and cook ill it comes to a boil.
Add 1 ½ cup boiled and mashed rice. Cook till thickens.
Now add 1 cup sugar and 1 cup condensed milk. Cook till water dries.
Turn the flame off, add 250 gm mix sweets and boiled apricot.
Mix well and dish it out, garnish with 100 gm pistachio and 2 sliver foils.
Serve chilled.
