PAYE CHOLAY



Ingredients
Mutton Trotters 6
White Chickpeas ½ kg
Onions 2
Stock 2 glass
Ginger Garlic Paste 1 tbsp
Red Chili Powder 2 tsp
Garam Masala Powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 2 tsp
Black Pepper 1tsp
Cumin Seeds 2 tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Cardamoms 4
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 1 cup
Nutmeg ½ tsp
Mace ½ tsp
For Garnishing:
Green Chilies as required
Ginger as required
METHOD
• Wash mutton trotters.
• In a pan, add water , mutton trotters and boil.
• When 2 glass of water is remaining, and mutton trotters is tender , removes from the stove.
• In a pan, heat oil add onion and fry.
• In a bowl, add add water, ginger garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric, coriander powder, salt and fry.
• When aroma comes, mutton trotters, white chickpeas and fry well.
• Add stock, and cook for 20 minutes on slow flames.
• After this, removes from the stove add garam masala powder, nutmeg, cardamoms, mace and cumin seeds.
• Delicious paye cholay is ready.
