Ingredients
½ kg peas
1 lemon
1 tsp red chili flakes
1 tsp roasted and ground cumin
1 tbsp tamarind juice
1 tbsp oil
Salt to taste
Method
In a wok, heat 1 tbsp oil and ½ kg peas and sauté for 2 minutes. Then add 1 tsp red chili flakes, 1 tsp roasted and ground cumin, 1 tbsp tamarind juice, juice of 1 lemon and salt to taste and allow cooking for 5 minutes. Juicy and spicy peas are ready to serve
