Baked Chicken Wings



Ingredients
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 tablespoon lemon juice
3 cloves garlic,diced
2 teaspoons red chili flakes
1 teaspoon BBQ masala
1 teaspoon cumin seed,crushed
salt and ground black pepper to taste
3 lb chicken wings
Method
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
Combine the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, chili flakes,bcumin,BBQ masala, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a pan and make a paste. Dip the chicken wings in the paste. Arrange the chicken wings on a baking sheet.
Cook the wings in the preheated oven 30-40 mins or until crisp and cooked through.
Serve with dip or any sauce with macaroni.
