Ingredients
Mutton ½ kg boiled in 2 cups water
Oil ¼ cup
Yogurt 1 cup
Ginger julienne 2 tbsp
Almonds grinded 2 tbsp
Coconut grinded 1 tbsp
White pepper ½ tsp
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Green chilies 4 chopped
Cream 3 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp
Salt 1 ½ tsp
Allspice ¼ tsp
Kewra water 1 tsp
Method
Boil mutton into 2 cups water till half done, grind together coconut, almonds, green chilies into a fine paste, beat yogurt with salt and white pepper, heat oil add boiled mutton with ginger julienne, fry for 5 minutes add yogurt with 1 cup of water, cover and cook until mutton done, add grinded almond paste, cook for 10 minutes, lastly add cream, lemon juice, Kewra and grinded cardamom, mix and serve hot
