Ingredients
Rice vinegar 1/2 cup
Soya sauce 3 tbsp
Hoisin sauce 1/3 cup
Sesame oil 1/4 cup
Grated fresh ginger 1 tbsp
Boiled chicken boiled 1 cup
Shredded cabbage 1/2
Seeded and thinly sliced capsicum 1
Thinly sliced spring onions 1 bunch
Chow mein noodles 1 cup
Method
Shred the boiled chicken into bite size pieces. Whisk vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil and ginger together in a large bowl. Add shredded chicken, cabbage, capsicum, and spring onions and toss to combine. Toss in chow mein noodles and serve
