Crispy Garlicky Chicken sticks



Ingredients
Chicken brest pieces cut into thin strips 500g
Kinor Salt seasoning 1 teaspoon
Regular salt 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice 2 teaspoon
Paprika 1 teaspoon
Garlic powder 1 teaspoon
Seasoned flour 2 to 3 tbsp ,just enough to to coat the strips thinly .
Method
Apply both types of salt and lemon juice on strips ,let it b like that 30 minutes, then put spices .
5 minutes before frying, mix seasoned flour, if very crumbly ,sprinkle little water .
Deep fry in medium hot oil on medium flame till golden and crisp. Don't stir much otherwise coating will go off .
When one dude ready , gently flip to other Side .
Remove from oil ,eat with any dip.
