Ingredients
1-Beef Pasinda 1/2 kg
2-Salt1 tsp
3-Raw Papaya/ kacha papita1( ground) tbsp
4-Gram flour/Beasan 1/4 cup roasted
5-Onion 2 brown and grind
6-All spice/ garam masala 1tsp
7-Coriander powder/Dhania 1 tsp
8-Red chilly powder/ laal mirch 1 tsp
9-Oil 1/4 cup
10-Ginger / garlic 1 tsp
11-Curd/ dahi 1/2 cup
Method
1-Marinate pasinda with salt ,papaya and yogurt for atleast 5-6 hours, then give dam of coal.
2-Then mix all the ingredients in it.
3-Heat oil in a pan and put pasinda in it along with the mixed ingrdients and leave to cook.
4-Cook on slow flame till the oil comes up and the pasanda is done.
5-Fry and remove from the flame.
6-Serve with onion rings/coriander leaves.
