Chicken Fingers


Ingredients
1/2 half kg chkn breast,sliced in strips)
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chilli crushed
1/2 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp mustard paste
1tbsp soya sauce
1 tbsp chilli sauce
Mix all the ingredients n marinate chkn (n leave for 2-3 hrs)
For better:
4 tbsp Flour(Maida)
4 tbsp corn flour
2 eggs
1/2 tsp baking powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp Red chilli crushed
Method
In a bowl add egg,flour,cornflour,baking pwdr,salt,red chillies crushed mix well (add 1-2 tbsp water if required) and make a smooth better
Now dip the chkn pieces in a better nd leave for 1 hr
Heat oil in a pan
Fry chkn fingers till golden
Sprinkles sm chaat masaala on top ( optional)
Serve with fries and ketchup/ chtni
