TANDOORI PIZZA BOMBS


Ingredients
FOR DOUGH
3 cup flour
1 egg
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp yeast
1/4 cup warm water
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp powdered milk
Extra milk (if needed)
Mix together sugar; yeast and lukewatm water. Keep aside for 10minutes.
Now mix all other ingredients and add yeast mixture. Knead to shape like a dough. Use extra spoons of milk if needed. Dough should neither b hard nor runny. It should b sticky and soft at moment. Leave to rise for 2 hours.
After 2 hours knead again and leave for 1 more hour at warm place for best results.
FOR FILLING
1 chicken boneless breast cut in fine cubes
1 small onion chopped
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 tbsp tandoori masala
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp oregano
1/2 capsicum chopped finely
2 tbsp Oil
Marinate chicken in masala; lemon juice; ginger garlic paste. Now fry chicken in oil until done. Add onion n capsicum and fry for one more minute. Keep this aside.
ASSEMBLY:
Pizza sauce
Shredded mozarella
Shredded cheddar (optional)
1 egg
Parmesan for sprinkling on top (optional)
Make a small ball of pizza dough and roll as shown in tutorial. Apply some pizza sauce. Keep 1 spoon chicken mixture in it. Top with both cheese and close the ends to make a bun shape.
Arrange prepared buns on greased baking tray. Brush the top with beaten egg and sprinkle some parmesan over it. Bake at 190 for 8 minutes then turn on the grill and furthur cook for 4-6 minutes.
Take out on wire rack. Serve hot!
