Ingredients
1 lb chicken mince
2 medium onions
1 tomato
2 tbsp achar masala(divided)
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp lemon juice
3 tbsp yogurt
1/2 cup oil
1 tsp black pepper
salt to taste
For Garnishing
4 tbsp fresh coriander leaves
3 green chilies
Method
In 1tbsp achar masla put lemon juice and make a paste. Now make slightly cut length wise in green chilies. Take out seeds and fill with achar masala paste.
Cut onions into thin slices.
Heat oil in a pan, add onions and fry for few minutes till golden.
Then add keema to it, let it cook, till becomes tender and a little brownish in color.
Now add the sliced tomato and stir fry, also add the 1 tbsp achar masala and yogurt as well.
Now add, salt, black pepper, garlic-ginger paste.
Add filled green chilies. Now leave it covered for about 5-7 minutes or when the mixture leaves oil.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and sliced onion.Now transfer into a serving dish. Achari keema is ready to serve with Paratha, roti or rice. Enjoy!!!
