Special Masala Gosht



Ingredients
1.Mutton / beef 1 kilogram.
2. Onion chopped 1.
3. Ginger/ garlic 1 teaspoon.
4. Oil 1/2 cup.
5. Chili powder 2 teaspoon.
6. Haldi 1 teaspoon.
7. Curd 1/2 cup.
8. Salt 1 teaspoon leveled
9. All spice ( garam masala) 1 teaspoon.
1o. Bari ilachi 1.
11. Cinnamon 1.
12. Cloves 2.
13. Black pepper 4.
14.Choti ilachi 2.
15. Wheat flour 2 tablespoon heaped mixed with 1/2cup water.
Method
1. Heat oil in a handi and fry chopped onion.
2. When onions turn golden add whole spices and rest of masala.
3. Add in mutton / beef and fry well.
4. Add in curd and fry.
5. Then add 2 cups water, cover and cook till meat tender.
6. After that add flour mixture and cook for 15--20 minutes on slow heat.
7. Lastly add all spice and put on dum till oil floats on top.
8. Serve hot with naan / chapati.
