Lauki Chany Ki Daal



Ingredients
Bottle Gourd Cubes 2
Gram Lentil ½ cup
Onion Sliced 1
Tomato Sliced 1
Chopped Garlic 1 tsp
Whole Cumin ½ tsp
Whole Black Pepper 8-10
Clove 2
Red Chili Powder 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Turmeric ½ tsp
Green Chilies 4
Julian Ginger 1 tbsp
Chopped Coriander 2 tbsp
Oil ¼ cup
Tara Gram Masala 1 tsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Method
Heat oil in pan, add onion, tomato and garlic fry well.
Add cumin, black pepper and clove.
Add bottle gourd, soaked gram lentil, salt, red chili powder, turmeric and 2 cup water, cover and cook on low flame till gram lentil and bottle gourd tender well.
Mash bottle gourd with the help of spoon.
Add green chili, green coriander, ginger and tara gram Masala, let simmer for 2 to 3 min.
Dish out, add butter and serve
