Ingredients
Green Chilies 250 gms
Yogurt ½ cup
Garam Masala Powder ½ tsp
Cumin Seeds (roasted) 1 tbsp
Curry Leaves 4
Salt ½ tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Oil ½ cup
Method
In a bowl, add garam masala powder,yogurt, cumin seeds, salt turmeric and mix.
Now cut green chili lengthwise and fill it yogurt mixture.
Then heat oil add green chili, curry leaves and fry.
