Subzi aur Murghi Pulao



INGREDIENTS
Boiled Rice ½ kg
Peas 1 cup
Potatoes 2
Tomatoes 2
Carrots 2
Green Chilies 6
Butter 50gms
Raisins 100gms
Black Pepper 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Oil 4 tbsp
METHOD
• Heat butter, add black pepper, salt, cumin seeds, chicken, green chili, water and cook on slow flame.
• When 1cup stock is left and removes from the stove.
• After this, in a separate pan, heat oil add potatoes, carrots, green peas and fry.
• Add ½ cup water.
• When vegetables is tender, add boiled rice, tomatoes, salt and mix.
• Then add raisin, stock and let it simmer for 20 minutes.
