BEEF PASTA FINGER ROLLS



INGREDIENTS
1. Beef Mince 1/2 kg.boiled
2. Noodles/ macronies boiled 1 packet small.
3. Potato (boiled )2.
4. Green peas (boiled)1 cup.
5. Bread crumbs 1 packet.
6. Eggs 2.
7. Salt as required.
8. Black pepper crushed 1 tsp.
9. Green chilli 4.
10.Soya sauce 2 tbsp.
11.Ginger garlic paste 1/2 tsp.
12.Oil for frying.
13.Chicken powder 1/2 tsp
14.Mix Herbs 1/2 tsp
Method
1. First boil the mince with ginger garlic paste,mix herbs,soya sauce and salt ,cook till the water dries.
2.Add black pepper crushed,green chillies,2 tbsp bread crumbs in it.
3-Then choperise mince,boiled noodles,boiled potatoes and boiled peas together ,make a smooth batter.
4-Now make it a shape like finger rolls and coat it with egg and bread crumbs.
5-Fry till it become golden brown in colour.
6-Serve it with hot sauce/ chillie garlic sauce.
