Ingredients
1-Fish boneless 8-10 pieces
2-Eggs white 2
3-Bread crumbs 1 cup
4-Plain flour ½ cup
5-Corn flour ½ cup
6-White pepper powder 1 tsp
7-White vinegar 3 tsp
8-Oil for frying
9-Salt to taste
10-Black pepper 1/2 tsp
For tartar sauce:
Yogurt ½ cup
Mayonnaise ½ cup
Black pepper 1 tsp crushed
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Parsley 1 tbsp chopped
Salt to taste
Method
1-Add white vinegar to unwashed fish fillets and keep aside for 5 to 10 minutes.,then was it properly.
2-In a tray, add plain flour, white pepper powder, black pepper,salt and mix.
3-Rub the mixed flour all over the fish.
4-Dip fish in beaten eggs, coat with bread crumbs and deep fry.
5-Fried fish is ready to serve.
6-For tartar sauce, mix together yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard paste, crushed black pepper and salt, mix well.
Sprinkle parsley and serve.
