Szechuan sauce



Ingredients
1 1/2 tablespoons minced ginger
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 teaspoon dry crushed red chillies
1/2 cup chicken stock
2 teaspoons corn flour
1 1/2 tablespoons soya sauce
1 tablespoon chili-garlic sauce
1 teaspoon sugar
Method
Boil ginger, garlic, red pepper, soya sauce, chili garlic sauce and sugar in a pan. Combine chicken stock and cornflour in a small bowl and stir to dissolve and then add in. Stir until thickened. Use as needed. Store leftover in the fridge.
