Ingredients for marination
1-Chicken - 1 kg (Big pieces chargha cut)
2-Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tsp
3-Turmeric powder a pinch
4-Salt to taste
5-Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
6-Green chilie paste-1tbsp
7-Yoghurt 1/2 cup
For the roast
1-Oil - 1 tsp
2-Onions - 1 small chopped
3-Red chili powder - 1/2 tsp
4-Black Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
5-Green Chillie 1 medium
6-Roasted Coriander powder - 1 /2 tsp
7-Garam Masala 1/2 tsp
8-Ghee- 1 tsp
9-Chaat masala 1 tsp
Method
1-Marinate the chicken along with all the ingredients listed under the first list for 2-3 hours.No need to add little water.
2-Cook for 10-15 minutes on medium heat,Switch off and let it cool.
For the Roast
1-Heat a non stick pan with oil, add chopped onions. Saute till the onions turn colour.
2-Now add the cooked chicken along with all the Masala.Cook on high Heat so that the water dries up.
3-When the chicken is almost dry, add the green chillies and all the spice powders. Combine everything together, continue cooking till you find the outer layer turning brown.
4-Finally add the ghee, this will do the chicken browning faster.
5-Once you find the chicken roasted well, sprinkle chaat masala,garam masala additional according to ur taste.
