Buttery Tomato Macaroni



Ingredients
Macaroni 1 cup boil and strain. Set aside.
Onion 1 finely chopped
Garlic 1 tsp
Tomato 2 finely chopped
Ketchup 3 tbsp
Green chillies 3 chopped
Freshly crushed black pepper 1 tbsp
Vineger 2 tbsp
Chinese salt 1/4 tsp
Soy sauce 3 tbsp
Hot sauce 3 tbsp
Butter for garnish
Salt 1 tsp
Method
Fry onion in 2 tbsp oil....add tomatoes, garlic, green chillies and fry for 4 to 5 minutes till tomatoes are soft.
Now add crushed black pepper, ketchup, hot sauce, vinegar, chinese salt and salt. Mix and adjust the taste.
Cook till oil starts to separate.
Now switch off the flame and add the boiled macaroni.
Now add some butter and parsley flakes.
You can add boiled eggs too.
It was a tasty treat with simple ingredients.
