Eggs 2
Potatoes 250 gm

Cucumber half
Apple 1
For Dressing
Cream 2 tbsp
Mustard paste 1 tbsp
Crushed black pepper 1 tsp
Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
Brown Sugar 1 tbsp
Olive Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method
Boil 2 eggs and separate the egg yolk and chop the egg whites.boil 250 gm potatoes and peel them. Take 2 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp mustard paste, 1 tsp crushed black pepper, 2 tbsp lemon juice, 1 tbsp brown sugar, 1 tbsp olive oil and salt in a bowl and mix it. The dressing is ready.
Take boil potato cubes and egg white in a bowl. Add in cucumber, apples and the prepared dressing. Mix everything together and serve.
