Galawati Qeema



Ingredients
1-Mince beef/Mutton ½ kg (doubled machined)
2-Brown onion coarsely crushed ½ cup
3-Yogurt/dahi 1 cup
4-Kachri powder 1 tbsp heaped
5-Red Chili powder/laal mirch 1 ½ tsp
6-Turmeric/haldi ¼ tsp
7-Allspice/garam masala powder ½ tsp heaped
8-Salt 1 tsp
9-Nutmeg/ jaifal grinded ¼ tsp
10-Mace/jawatri grinded ¼ tsp
11-Green cardamom grinded ¼ tsp
12-Ginger garlic/adrak lehsan paste 1 tbsp heaped
13-Poppy seeds/khash khash roasted and grinded 1 tbsp
14-Almonds/baadam10 roasted and grinded
15-Desiccated coconut/ pissa khopra 1 tbsp roasted and grinded
16-Oil ¾ cup
Method
1-In a bowl add yogurt with all the above ingredients, marinate your mince in this for 4
hours.
2-Then cook it in a pan covered till mince tender and oil comes on top.
3-Fry well give and dum of coal.
4-Serve with naan n paratha
