INGREDIENTS
Eggs 5
Sugar 3/4 cup
Baking powder 1 tsp
Cocoa powder 2 tbsp
Vanila essence 1 tsp
Flour 2 tbsp less in 1 cup
Whipping cream 3 cups
Sugar syrup 1 cup
Fruit cocktail 1 cup
Choclate syrup as required
METHOD
Preheat oven at 180 for 20 mins
Sift flour with cocoa powder and baking powder, set aside
Line baking pan with baking paper. take a dry bowl and beat eggs with sugar for good 15 minutes with electric beater add vanila essence and again beat for 1 minute
Now fold sifted flour in eggs with spatula untill well incorporated
Dont over fold.
Transfer batter in already prepared baking pan and bake for 30 mins or tooth pick comes out clean
When cake is done remove it from baking pan and bring it to room temp
Slice the cake from centre in 2 or 3 pieces
Pour sugar syrup whipped cream and cocktail fruits and place the slices back carefully and decorate top with whipped cream ,choclate syp , fruits or as u want
