Crispy Baked Chicken



Ingredients
4-5 pound chicken leg
1 Tbsp Dried oregano
1 Tbsp Dried thyme (crushed)
2 Tbsp onion powder
2 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tsp smoked paprika
1Tbsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 cup olive oil
1 Tsp black pepper
Salt to taste

Method
Wash chicken legs and place them in the fridge for a minimum of 3 hours or preferable overnight let the air-dry them out.
Place the chicken in a large bowl, with all the spices,marinate and some mixture put under the skin too.
When ready to bake, preheat oven to 425°.
Line a baking pan; top with a wire rack. Arrange chicken legs out in a single layer. While the chicken legs are baking oil will slowly drip to the bottom of the baking pan.
Bake chicken legs until cooked through and skin is crispy, about 45-50 minutes-rotate legs half way through-roughly 20 minutes.
Remove and serve with your favorite sauce salad and nan. Serve & Enjoy!
