Recipe Ingredients
Chicken tikka 1cup
Bread slices 8-10
Chopped green chilies 3-4
Chopped mint leaves 2tbsp
Chopped onions 1/4cup
Oil for deep frying
Recipe Method
Shred 1 cup chicken and mix together with 3-4 chopped green chilies,2tbsp mint leaves and ¼ cup chopped onions.
With the help of a rolling pin roll the bread slices and spread the chicken mixture on top.
Close each bread slice with a tooth pick and deep fry in a wok until crisp and brown
Serve with chutney
