Ingredients:
Green peas 1 cup Green olives 1/2 cup Pistachios 1-1/2 tsp Garlic 1 tsp Green chilli 1 Tahini paste 2 tbsp Olive oil 1/2 cup Lemon juice 1 tbsp Mustard 1 tbsp Salt to taste Pepper to taste.
Method:
Add a cup of green peas, green chillies, green olives, garlic, pistachios, salt & pepper, tahini paste, lemon juice, mustard and some olive oil. Blend it well to a chunky paste. It tastes great on toast, crackers and with some raw veggie batons such as cucumbers, carrots, & radishes.
